ACH (Automated Clearing House) allows you to arrange to directly deposit and directly debit individuals' bank accounts.
ACH Direct Deposit is a safe, proven, confidential method of receiving a payment. Money is electronically transferred from a company or organization's account into an employee or consumer's bank account. Benefits include decreasing the time and cost of processing payroll, reducing stop payments by eliminating lost and stolen checks, and increasing productivity by eliminating trips to the bank.
ACH Direct Payment is the electronic transfer of an authorized payment from a consumer's checking or savings account into the account of a biller, service provider, or non-profit organization. Direct Payment is a safe, secure, accurate, and on-time payment method. Analysis Accounts
Analysis statement is sent to you monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually. Analysis statement
itemizes all services used during the month and totals the applicable fees. Charges that can be analyzed include maintenance charge, debits, credits, returned items, stop payments, and wire fees. Analysis account gives an earnings credit based on the 4 week 90 day T-Bill average.

Lockbox
A lockbox improves your cash flow by accelerating payment collections. This is accomplished by directing payments to a post office box assigned to your company to which the bank has access. We collect your customers' payments daily on schedules set to meet check-clearing deadlines. Collections are processed according to your specifications and checks are deposited directly into your account. Deposit totals are then reported and remittance information is sent to your office. Through the use of a lockbox, you experience reduced float time on processing payments, quicker availability of funds, and reduced personnel costs.
